Established in mid- 2019, the Trust is set to own six individual properties in Western Australia, Queensland and New South Wales and continues to invest directly into ‘Fuel & Convenience Retail’ assets, specifically in increasing population regions within Australian capital cities.
Continuing on from previous Fawkner Trust success, the fund’s strategy is to identify newly constructed properties in strategic high traffic locations , with long term 12-15 year lease agreements, 3% p.a. rental increases and with minimal exposure to capital expenditure.
We provide investors with a 6% p.a. distribution paid monthly through strong tenant income diversity, with all assets forecast to achieve long term capital growth.
The six assets provide strong geographical diversification of location to take advantage of different growth opportunities from local and regional economic conditions.
